Outdoor Waterproof Electrical Junction Box with Fan & Thermostat

Our outdoor electrical boxes have been rigorously tested for water and dust resistance. Placed outdoors for months, even through violent storms, no water has entered the interior. Left on a dusty roadside for a few months, the inside remained clean and dry. This is due to the inclusion of a dust net under the bottom of the box that must be installed.

The lock hole on these products is not intended for a locking mechanism, but rather a place to screw in screws that reinforce the waterproofing of the electrical box.

Constructed with high-quality ABS material, these junction boxes offer excellent impact resistance and electrical insulation. They come equipped with removable grill mounting plates and 2 mounting brackets, making installation a straightforward process. Mounting screws are also provided to hang the weatherproof plastic box on a wall or fence.

Ventilation and heat management are key features of these outdoor electrical boxes. Each one is fitted with two high-volume 12V fans on either side, along with a 1.77-inch diameter heat sink. A 12V thermostat is also included, which activates the fans when the internal temperature rises above a certain threshold, rapidly removing excess heat. Once the temperature drops back down, the fans will stop running, extending their service life and reducing electricity costs.

To ensure these boxes are rainproof and dustproof, several design elements have been incorporated. The air outlets feature rainproof shutters, with the window leaves tilted downward by 45 degrees. Waterproof strips are used in the contact points between the box and its components. The air inlet at the bottom is equipped with 2 dustproof nets and 1 piece of double-sided tape to prevent dust from entering.

For added safety, the electrical enclosure box is fitted with a simple non-slip buckle to secure the door, providing a waterproof and dustproof seal. Lock holes have also been reserved to allow for double protection.

The external dimensions of these products range from 18.1" H x 12.5" L x 6.3" W to 10.9" H x 7.4" L x 5.1" W, with internal dimensions varying accordingly. Thermostat and fan configurations differ across the product line, with some models offering 2 fans and others just 1. All include a mounting plate, wall screws, and IP65 waterproof/dustproof ratings.
